Our organization is an independent Contract Research Organization operating out of the USA that provides pre-clinical medicine testing in state-of-the art, GLP certified research facilities in Kiev, Ukraine. Our research facilities are sponsored by the Ukrainian National Academy of Medical Sciences and Health Department and provide support for for-profit development of new medicine discoveries as part of their core purpose. Our business was created to provide the top-notch, lower cost services of these research sites to emerging biotech companies in the USA and EU, thereby providing them with a smart option for promoting development programs rapidly and at much lower cost than other commercial CROs. We offer a wide range of preclinical toxicology including medicine safety, chronic and acute toxicity, pharmacological screening, bioavailability, bio-equivalence , and extensive in vitro and in vivo screening for anticancer activity.
Our preclinical CRO is able to price pre-clinical services far below other Contract Research Organizations because we have a very low overhead in the U.S. and perform all testing in Ukraine where labor and lab costs are much lower. Our staff in the United States consists only of the company principals who deal directly with customers; we have no marketing costs other than our site, and no central offices, administrative staff or other overhead to inflate prices. We have much lower study conduct costs in Ukraine due to much lower labor rates and are able to offer our most attractive rates for long-term and more complex pre-clinical trials where labor is the greatest part of the overall cost. Since we use the same stable international providers for lab animals, reagents and laboratory supplies as other Contract Research Organizations, we have no cost advantage on these materials and so less overall cost savings for very short-term preclinical tests. However, regardless of your trial protocol and duration, our goal is to provide our customers the greatest possible value for their money.
